Cancellation Policy

We will provide a refund of your registration fee, according to the date schedule below:  

5/31 or prior: Full refund less any credit card fees  

6/1 - 7/15: Full refund minus the cost of spirit items 

Post 7/15 refunds will only be issued for extenuating circumstances and are subject to board approval
