Boundary Policy
Boundary Requirements
Beginning in 2025, West Park Jr Panthers registration follows the same boundary guidelines as West Park High School.
Athletes must reside within the WPHS attendance area, verified by a school enrollment document and/or a utility or mortgage statement.
Exceptions
While priority always goes to athletes living inside WPHS boundaries:
- Athletes whose parent/guardian is a teacher at West Park High School may register.
- Out-of-boundary athletes may be considered only when needed to complete a full team or squad.
- Exception requests are reviewed case-by-case by the Executive Board and Registrar.
- Athletes who do not live within boundaries but have participated in at least two WPJP seasons may still be considered in future seasons. Priority is based on:
- Total prior seasons played
- Good standing within the program
Future Seasons
New out-of-boundary participants will only be considered when necessary to field a full roster. To be considered for an exception please send an email to reigstrar@wpjrpanthers.com
